During the warm season, candles shipping costs are increased to account for 2 day shipping costs. This is to ensure a solid product on arrival. Please retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery. Prolonged exposure to extreme heat can cause the wax to melt.
Returns
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items delivered in good condition. We do offer free replacements for items damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your item promptly after arrival. If your item was damaged or broken, please use the button below to submit a replacement request.
